Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at sol4cecollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions along with the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In approved cases involving damaged or incorrect items, a prepaid return shipping label may be provided.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care products such as opened or used beauty items.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.
