Easy Operation

1. Connect the inflator to a 12V vehicle power source.

2. Attach the air hose securely to the tire valve.

3. Set your desired pressure.

4. Press the power button to begin inflation.

5. The inflator automatically stops when the target pressure is reached.

How To Use

Step 1 — Connect Power

Choose one of the following power options:

• Connect the battery clamps directly to your vehicle battery (Red + / Black -)
  OR

• Plug the power connector into your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter outlet.

Step 2 — Connect The Air Hose

Attach the inflation hose securely to the tire valve. Use the extension coil hose if needed.

Step 3 — Set Desired Pressure

Select your preferred pressure value using the digital controls.

Step 4 — Start Inflation

Turn the power switch ON and allow AirVolt™ to inflate the tire.

Step 5 — Auto Shut-Off

The inflator will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.

Important Safety Information

⚠ Designed for DC 12V vehicle power systems only.

⚠ Do not use with 24V, 36V, 110V, or 220V power sources unless a compatible transformer is used.

⚠ Do not touch the metal air hose fitting immediately after operation, as it may become hot.

⚠ Always keep the inflator within sight during operation.

⚠ Allow the unit to cool after extended use.
